Stepwise Analytics
Overview
Stepwise Analytics offers module-wise insights into the performance of each module. You track analytical metrics like total drop-offs and average completion times. It also highlights underperforming steps or modules, enabling targeted analysis and optimization.

Admin, Auditor, and Support
Filter Options
You can apply the following filters to customize your analytics view:
- Date Range: Choose a predefined or custom date range.
- Client ID (Optional): Select a specific client ID if multiple are available.
- App ID: Pick an app ID from the available options.
- Workflow ID: Filter by a specific workflow ID within an app ID.
The Apply button appears when a filter is selected. Click it to load the analytics based on the selected filters.
Reload the page by clicking Refresh to display the latest applications and data.
Module-wise Metrics
Each module provides these key metrics:
- Median Time: The median time taken by users to complete the module.
- Median Attempts: The median number of attempts made to complete the module.
- Total Users: The total number of users who started the journey (displayed only in the country module).
- Users Lost: Hover over a module to see the number of users who dropped out at that module.
- Drop-off Percentage: The percentage of users who dropped out of a module, calculated as (Users Lost / Total Users) × 100.
Additional Actions
View Dropped-Off Applications
Click the View Dropped Off Applications under Step Wise Analytics to access the dedicated case management (or Applications) page to review applications abandoned at various stages of the identity verification process. This feature allows you to filter and analyze dropped-off cases based on selected criteria, providing insights into user drop-off patterns and helping identify areas for process improvement.
Top Steps Categories
This section highlights steps with high drop-off percentages, long completion times, high retry rates, and frequent back button clicks. The top steps are listed by their impact on the workflow, in descending order.
Categories:
- High Drop-Off Steps: Identify steps where users commonly abandon the process.
- Time-Consuming Steps: Pinpoint steps where users spend the most time.
- High Retry Steps: Highlight steps where users often need multiple attempts.
- Back Button Clicks: Show steps where users frequently click the back button, indicating potential confusion or difficulties.
